Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in a related role, with Salesforce and Microsoft Office familiarity.

Qualifications

• Education: High school level of language, math and reasoning skills.
• Experience: One to two years in a related field with similar responsibilities.
• Training: Onboarding includes an orientation program with ongoing training to help staff advance their careers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• Assist members to determine needs and direct to the appropriate employee or department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide exceptional member service by actively listening, showing empathy, and addressing questions or requests.
• Provide basic information regarding Credit Union products, services, locations, hours, and resources.
• Proactively identify opportunities to assist members and guests and connect them to solutions.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and waiting areas; monitor member flow and deliver a welcoming experience.
