The Member Experience Associate is responsible for the entire Member Experience. You will be the face of the club; the first person a member sees when they walk in, creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and checking in members.
  • Resolving customer issues effectively.

  • Following up with prospects.
  • Selling merchandise like smoothies and pro shop items.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Opening and closing the facility as scheduled.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
Appearance & Schedule

Wear staff shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, sneakers. Be well-groomed. Openers arrive 15 minutes early; closers leave at scheduled time.

Compensation

$15.50 - $16.00 per hour.
