Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club is seeking a dedicated Concierge to welcome members and guests, respond to inquiries, and coordinate services to enhance every experience. You will manage calls, assist with reservations, and support events while staying informed about club operations and offerings.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours include evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in office management/administration preferred.
• Minimum one year in hospitality industry desired.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Serve as primary contact at the main entrance gate.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations and event logistics.
• Provide exceptional member and guest service and issue resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of club events and services.
