Job summary

The YMCA of Coastal Carolina is seeking a Welcome Center Representative to create a positive experience for members, guests, and participants. You will greet people, assist with memberships and programs, handle registrations and payments, and answer questions while reflecting the YMCA values.

You will also conduct tours, promote programs, maintain a clean Welcome Center, and escalate issues as needed. This role requires great communication and a friendly, professional presence in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must complete required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members and guests, assists with memberships and programs.

• Conducts facility tours and supports enrollment in programs.
