Ennismore’s Delano Members Club in Miami Beach seeks a Membership Relations Manager to deliver warm, anticipatory service, build genuine member relationships, and foster the Delano lifestyle. You’ll onboard members, coordinate with departments, and ensure benefits are realized with discretion and elegance.

You will host events, manage CRM records, and contribute to personalized experiences through thoughtful touches and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-person touchpoint for members with warm recognition and high-touch support.
• Learn member preferences and visit patterns to personalize experiences.
• Coordinate member needs with internal departments for seamless service.
• Conduct personalized orientations and tours for new members.
• Prepare and deliver welcome amenities and curated touches.
• Share updates on programming and on-property opportunities.
• Support member events from setup to post-event feedback.
• Enter and maintain member preferences and event details in CRM.
• Track member engagement trends to aid decision making.
• Facilitate reciprocal club visits and outbound requests.
• Uphold etiquette and brand standards in all interactions.
• Provide lateral support across the membership team.
