Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a country club or hotel environment with high-end service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the club's annual events calendar for members and guests.
• Collaborate with department heads to schedule classes and activities across Spa, Culinary, Golf, Racquets, Fitness, and Beach Club.
• Create and communicate event details via BEOs and check-in procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of member activities and events.
• Promote membership and support processes with the VP of Membership Sales and Development.
• Build relationships with members and other local clubs to support recruitment goals.
