Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly, learning names and initiating conversations.
• Conduct cause-driven tours for prospective members and connect interests to YMCA programs and mission impact.
• Explain membership options, financial assistance, programs, and member benefits; assist with joining process.
• Process membership transactions, registrations, payments, account updates, check-ins, and other Welcome Center functions accurately.
