Qualifications

• Front desk responsibilities, policies, procedures and forms.
• Customer service experience including supervisory responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and improve Welcome Center services and systems.
• Provide member accounts maintenance and greet members and prospective members.
• Answer telephone and member questions; provide facility tours.
• Promote YMCA programs and benefits; develop relationships and team values.
• Be informed on policies and procedures; respond to inquiries and suggestions.
