Bluejack National, a private residential club, seeks a courteous retail host to support Members with tee-time scheduling, app inquiries, and in-store purchases. You will maintain a welcoming shop floor and collaborate with the team to deliver memorable Member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn golf operations and club apps.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with scheduling tee times in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to Member questions regarding the Club’s mobile app.
• Process Member and guest purchases using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail and work environment.
• Provide exceptional Member experiences and be approachable in interactions.
