Job summary

Club Fitness is seeking a General Manager to partner with senior leaders to align club priorities with the organization’s mission and goals. The role emphasizes staff accountability, exceptional member experiences, and operational excellence across affiliated Affton and Lemay club locations.

You will recruit and coach teams, manage scheduling and payroll, drive membership growth, and deliver measurable results while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and fun for both employees

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree and relevant leadership experience.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day club operations with a clean, friendly environment.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Drive membership sales and retention through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Oversee programming, personal training growth, and KPI tracking (membership, PT revenue, satisfaction).
• Represent the club in the community and build partnerships to raise awareness.
