Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a full-time Club Manager to oversee all club operations under the Senior General Manager. The role focuses on meeting financial goals, delivering exceptional member experiences, and leading a staff committed to transforming lives through fitness.

The position drives membership sales, ensures payroll accuracy, maintains club standards, and mentors team members to develop leadership skills within our growing network of Planet Fitness franchises.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills.
• High school education/GED required.
• Management experience through Planet Fitness preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to successfully coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and team performs to NFP standards.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals, including drivers and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
• Manage club labor and ensure payroll accuracy by validating timecards and scheduling shifts.
• Ensure clubs are clean, well-maintained and safe for all members and staff; pass Club BER inspections.
• Hold staff accountable to policies; provide coaching and progressive discipline.
• Drive membership sales with focus on achieving DGR goals and community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.
• Assess areas of need in assigned club and execute improvement plans.
• Update Senior General Manager weekly on progress; attend regional meetings.
