SCAN Health Insurance seeks a Member Experience Guide to support our diverse member base. You will own each interaction from inquiry to resolution, delivering empathetic, clear, and accountable service in a remote, national setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• English language proficiency required: read, write, and speak.

Responsibilities

• Own inquiries from start to resolution with empathy and accountability.
• Resolve issues across multiple systems with a champion mindset and first-call resolution when possible.
• Translate benefits and processes into simple guidance for members.
• Maintain proactive communication and follow-up to close each case.
