Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a friendly and capable Member Solutions Specialist to assist members by phone, email, chat, and secure message. You will use technology to resolve account inquiries and issues, delivering positive service experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in financial customer service, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of online banking and payments. Competitive benefits and a strong community focus are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional verbal and written communication to ensure member satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and research member inquiries per procedures.
• Assist members with online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay processes.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and solutions based on needs.
