Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year lending experience required.
• Two years related lending, financial institution, cash handling, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by engaging with every member and guiding the end-to-end journey.
• Drive branch performance by managing a personal production pipeline through outbound calls and follow-up.
• Meet deposit, loan, membership and referral growth goals while providing professional support.
• Assist members through loan and account openings, explaining options and terms clearly.
