Horizon Credit Union in Missoula, MT is seeking a Financial Service Representative to deliver an exceptional member experience, manage the full end-to-end service journey, and grow deposits, loans, and referrals while using our core systems accurately. This full-time, non-exempt role pays $21.96 to $31.84 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year lending experience.
• Experience identifying member needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Equivalents considered with education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by engaging with every member and owning the full journey.
• Grow branch performance using a personal production pipeline and proactive outreach to meet goals.
• Assist members through loan and account opening processes with clear explanations of options.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures during system interruptions to ensure continuity.
• Represent the branch professionally and adhere to branding and service standards.
