Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Minimum one year lending experience; Two-years related lending, financial institution, cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify member needs, build relationships, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with every member, owning the full end-to-end journey, and providing prompt, professional support.
• Drive branch performance by managing a personal production pipeline through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and relationship deepening activities to meet deposit, loan, membership, and referral goals.
• Assist members through the full loan and account opening process, explain options, rates, and products clearly, and ensure accurate information.
• Demonstrate lending judgment by interpreting credit reports, identifying risk indicators, and supporting compliant credit recommendations.
• Represent Horizon Credit Union professionally within the branch and community to strengthen brand recognition and contribute to growth.
