Qualifications

• Minimum one year lending experience required.
• Two years related lending, financial institution, cash handling, and customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to identify member needs, build relationships and recommend products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by engaging with every member and supporting end-to-end service.
• Drive branch performance by managing a personal production pipeline and follow‑up to meet goals.
• Achieve target goals in debt protection and GAP sales and referrals to Mortgage and Retirement teams.
• Assist members through loan and account openings, explaining options and terms clearly.
