Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union seeks a Personal Consultant I & II at our Corporate Headquarters in Chattanooga, TN. The role focuses on opening new accounts, facilitating transfers, and building strong member relationships while delivering energetic, friendly service.

You will maintain knowledge of TVFCU products, guide members toward digital banking, and meet production goals through proactive need-based recommendations. Strong communication and a service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly, including on video.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities independently or in a team.
• Experience with customer service operations and understanding of service philosophy.
• Proficiency in using email and Microsoft Office tools.

• Educate members on online and mobile banking benefits.
