Job summary

Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Solution Specialist to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with members while promoting TVFCU products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance are a plus.
• Proven experience in member service or sales, preferably within banking or credit unions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle member concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Ability to work with members to achieve individual goals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and non-members in the branch and promote exceptional service.
• Initiate conversations to understand financial goals and offer personalized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and recommend TVFCU products.
• Process transactions including deposits, loans, debit cards, and online/mobile banking questions.
• Educate members about digital banking and assist with online/mobile issues.
• Balance cash vault and ATM/ITM daily; manage coin depository operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies; complete required training.
• Collaborate with management and other departments as needed.
