Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer member questions and provide personalized solutions during calls.
• Process financial transactions, including transfers and wire transfers, accurately and timely.
• Promote digital banking and guide members to online/mobile services.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships and meet production goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.
• Share knowledge of TVFCU products, services, and policies with members.
• Collaborate with team and other departments as needed.
