Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome members in-branch and promote exceptional service.
• Understand financial goals and offer personalized solutions.
• Process transactions and inquiries (deposits, loans, debit cards, online/mobile banking questions).
• Educate members about digital banking benefits and usage.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and procedures.
