Job summary

Sharonview Federal Credit Union in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver outstanding service, help members reach financial goals, and act as a trusted advisor.

You’ll open new accounts, process loans, and educate members on digital tools while building relationships and staying compliant in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a passion for service and sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in financial services, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and recommend the best products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Open new accounts, process loans from application to closing, and complete various financial transactions.
• Educate members about Sharonview’s digital tools, mobile banking, and other self-service options.
• Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities proactively.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview, both inside and outside the branch.
