Founders Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Representative to counsel and cross-sell members on a full range of financial products. The role requires understanding loan policies, opening accounts, and guiding members through digital banking options.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be bilingual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided at on-site locations in SC.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution handling complex member issues or two years of customer service experience.
• Associate degree (2-year) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and cross-sell members on all services offered by Founders and make decisions on loans per policy.
• Explain membership eligibility and open new accounts (Savings, checking, etc.).
• Cross-sell products such as Call 24, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, eStatements, Visa cards.
