Job summary

Westerra Credit Union in Aurora, CO seeks an Usr to provide exceptional member service on the teller line and through consultative conversations. You will handle transactions, expand relationships, and promote digital solutions to members in our branch environment.

In this role you will drive sales while delivering outstanding service, participate in community events, and maintain confidentiality. Notary duties may be required after training, with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong sales and referral disposition required.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with transactional needs according to established processes and service standards.
• Consistently meets and/or exceeds monthly sales goals while maintaining stellar service and member experience levels.
• Build and grow relationships with members by learning about their financial needs and goals.
• Educates members on digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Represents Westerra at community and business development events.
