Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong sales and referral disposition required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with transactional needs per established processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering stellar service.
• Build relationships by learning members' financial needs and goals and following up via proactive outreach.
• Educate members on digital solutions and services (mobile/online/ATM).
• Represent Westerra at community events and uphold policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate Westerra values in daily operations.
