Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in consumer lending and/or consultative sales.
• Banking or credit union experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with members by learning about their financial needs and goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining stellar service and member experience.
• Educate members on products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Identify opportunities to save members money and present solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to drive sales and retention.
• Assist members with transactional needs per established processes.
