Job summary

Georgia’s Own Credit Union is seeking an Universal Banker II to deliver exceptional member service, build relationships, and support branch operations. You will manage advanced transactions, open accounts, assist with lending, and mentor teammates while driving production goals. This role emphasizes service excellence and branch productivity.

The position pays $25.00 per hour with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and equivalent years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years’ experience in a financial branch environment or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service in person, by phone, and digitally.
• Build and strengthen member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts and process maintenance.
• Assist with loan applications, deposits, lending, and referrals.
• Mentor peers and reinforce service standards and sales practices.
• Rotate between transaction, lending, and service duties as needed.
