Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a financial branch or similar retail environment.
• Strong communication and ability to interpret financial information and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through in-person, phone, and digital member interactions.
• Open consumer and business membership accounts.
• Process consumer loan applications and related documentation.
• Balance records and process transactions; maintain accurate records.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and peer support of branch staff.
• Promote Credit Union products and services and drive member engagement.
