Job summary

The Trager Family JCC in Louisville is seeking a part-time Membership Associate to handle day-to-day membership administration, tour prospective members, and engage with members and guests in person, by phone, and via email. You will share detailed information about the Center's programs to enhance value of membership and deliver outstanding customer care.

The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, patient with guests, skilled with computers, and comfortable handling inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

• Excellent in-person and phone customer service
• Efficient, organized, and able to multitask
• Professional, discreet, and well-groomed
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with databases or Microsoft Office a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day membership administration and processing
• Tour prospective members and welcome guests in person, by phone and by email
• Process new member applications and adjust accounts
• Maintain member records, filings and cancellations
• Support member retention by building relationships with members
• Be first point of contact for member concerns and feedback
• Handle point-of-sale transactions
