• Minimum of 1 year of financial institution experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically supports Belco’s sales, referral, and service culture in every interaction with members and the public.
• Handle large amounts of cash and support member transactions with high accuracy.
• Develop product knowledge and service skills to enhance member experience and contribute to team success.
• Assist members via home banking, online applications, and ITMs.
• Maintain records of sales tracking results and adhere to compliance standards.
