Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 6 months of experience in customer-facing or transactional role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, prompt and accurate service in handling member financial requests.
• Educate members on Belco products and services and cross-sell to meet needs.
• Assist members through channels such as home banking, mobile deposits, online applications, and ITMs.
