AmeriCU Credit Union in Fort Drum, NY is seeking a Member Service Representative who delivers exceptional member experiences. You’ll welcome members, assist with ITM technology and teller transactions, and identify needs to refer appropriate credit union products and services.

This role offers competitive compensation starting at $19.84 to $24.80 per hour, overtime eligibility, incentive eligibility, and opportunities for growth within a community-focused, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a professional, friendly manner.
• Serve as primary contact for ITM technology and teller transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate products.
• Conduct courtesy calls and in-person outreach to retain and grow member relationships.
• Partner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen relationships.
• Accurately document member interactions in the CRM system.
