Job summary

LBS Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Care Representative I in Cerritos, CA. The role focuses on delivering excellent member service and educating members about products and services while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes customer care, professionalism, and reliability, with occasional branch coverage and travel as needed. A high school diploma and some customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate Members on a variety of products and services offered by the credit union.
• Perform essential job functions as described in MCR I duties.
• Work with Members and teammates to meet and exceed goals.
• Occasional travel to/from the corporate office and branch coverage.
