LBS Financial in Lakewood, CA seeks a Member Care Representative I to deliver exceptional member service in a fast-paced setting. You will educate members on available products, assist with referrals, and support branch goals while maintaining accuracy and courtesy in daily interactions.

The role emphasizes learning the credit union’s policies, adapting to new systems, and balancing multiple priorities with professionalism. Eligible for benefits and regular hours.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and policies quickly.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
