You will handle inquiries, promote YMCA programs, maintain records, and ensure policies are followed. The role offers flexibility with shifts including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, emphasizing reliable, friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Process new memberships, renewals, and program registrations.
• Answer questions about programs, policies, and facility usage.
• Promote and sell YMCA programs, events, and services.
• Maintain accurate records and handle daily transactions.
• Support daily operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns appropriately.
