Job summary

The Eugene Family YMCA is hiring a Membership Representative 1 to serve at the Welcome Centers. You will greet members, assist with membership sales, and guide callers and visitors through available programs, benefits, and pricing.

As a front-facing team member, you’ll process check-ins, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while using YMCA systems to support memberships and registrations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level expertise with computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual Spanish skills (verbal).
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
• Maintains cleanliness and assists in the Welcome Center and related offices.
• Sells memberships and programs and explains pricing and options.
• Processes registrations, payments, and basic data entry in computer systems.
