Job summary

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group, is seeking a Service Representative Sub to support the team with flexible shifts and uphold a positive member experience. The role involves front desk duties, signing up new members, and assisting with tours while maintaining club cleanliness and safety protocols.

The position requires 18+ years old, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods; lifting up to 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Continual standing and walking during shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by filling in for shifts as needed.
• Be on call to assist with shift coverage.
• Check members into the system and assist with new sign-ups.
• Take prospective members on tours and help with account sign-ups.
• Update member information as required.
• Address member questions professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
