• Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with questions
• Checking in members, providing club tours, signing up new members, logging amenities, and communicating updates and billing issues to members and guests
• Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment and front desk area
