Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a superior member experience at our location. You will greet guests, sign up new members, log amenities, answer questions, and process POS transactions. This role promotes fitness classes and maintains a clean club environment.

Qualifications include customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Must be 18+, with basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed. On-site work expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet new members.
• Sign up and tour new members and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
