Planet Fitness in Hermitage, PA is hiring a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, memberships, and payments while ensuring a clean, friendly environment—our Judgement Free Zone®.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, signing up new members, and promoting current specials. You will work onsite with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
• MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations must participate in E-Verify.
• This position requires employee to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist with tours/sign-ups.
• Handle account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Check members in using the POS system; answer phones professionally.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club and restrooms.
• Ensure weights are returned to racks; walk floor to maintain safety and cleanliness.
