Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, learn names, and make them feel welcome.
• Scan membership cards and assist with access and enrollment tasks.
• Explain membership options, payments, renewals, and program information to members and guests.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records; balance cash drawer.
• Provide facility tours and follow up with prospective members.
• Keep the Welcome Desk clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow YMCA policies and procedures and respond to emergencies.
