Job summary

In-Shape Solutions, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador to serve as the heartbeat of our clubs in Rocklin, CA. You will connect with members, guests, and teammates, promote fitness programs, and deliver outstanding service every day.

Responsibilities include guiding new members through the FitStart program, assisting with app setup, and sharing club amenities and promotions while maintaining safety and the In-Shape Clean Approach. CPR may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others.
• Basic fitness and sales experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills both in-person and phone.
• Demonstrated customer service experience: friendly, outgoing, and approachable disposition.
• Works well under pressure and time constraints, and displays positive behavior in all member contacts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed.
• Willing and able to work a flexible shift: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date.
• First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members; explain membership options.
• Support new members with FitStart program.
• Assist with app download and setup.
• Provide club tours and highlight amenities and promotions.
• Stock, sell, and recommend retail items.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and process membership changes.
• Foster a welcoming, motivating member community.
• Adhere to In-Shape Clean Approach.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Support other club areas as needed.
• Monitor pool and slide during season and enforce rules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
