In-Shape Fitness is hiring a Member Experience Ambassador to act as the heartbeat of our clubs in California. You will engage with members, guide them through FitStart, assist with app onboarding, and showcase club amenities and programs to meet individual fitness goals.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards across all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Needed: high school diploma or equivalent.
• People- oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Get to know members and guests, explain membership options and help choose plans.
• Support new members with FitStart and club orientation.
• Assist members with app downloads and onboarding.
• Give tours and highlight club amenities and programs.
• Stock, sell, and recommend retail items aligned with fitness goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and process membership changes.
• Create a welcoming, motivating member experience and uphold safety standards.
• Follow In-Shape Clean Approach and resolve member concerns.
• Maintain safe environment and assist in other club areas as needed.
• Monitor pool and slide rules during season when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
