Zusammenfassung

In-Shape Solutions, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador (MEA) to serve as the heartbeat of our clubs in Roseville, CA. You will connect with members, guide them through FitStart, and help them get the most from the app and facilities.

You will tour the club, promote programs, assist with retail, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires people skills, fitness enthusiasm, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR/First Aid may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• First Aid Training required only at clubs with pool slides.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Get to know members and guests and recommend membership options based on goals.
• Support new members through FitStart and club onboarding.
• Assist members with app setup and using club facilities.
• Give tours and highlight amenities, programs, and promotions.
• Stock, sell, and recommend retail items aligned with goals.
• Provide excellent service by handling member requests promptly.
• Foster a welcoming, motivating member experience daily.
• Adhere to In-Shape Clean Approach and safety policies.
• Resolve concerns and maintain a safe club environment.
• Assist in other club areas when needed.
• Monitor pool and slide as applicable and enforce rules.
