Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or advisory role within financial services or banking.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Preferred: Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in membership-based organizations or financial services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and member management systems.
• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assess member needs and provide appropriate guidance on products, services, and policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member issues and elevate when necessary.
• Educate members on new offerings, benefits, and updates to enhance their experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute feedback to management.
• Support membership enrollment and renewal processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
