The Member Experience Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional service by assisting members with their financial needs and providing accurate information about the credit union's products and services. This position builds strong member relationships, processes financial transactions, identifies opportunities to meet member needs, and ensures every interaction reflects the credit union's commitment to outstanding service.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
Process member transactions including, transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance.
Open new accounts, checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates, and other deposit products.
Assist members with loan applications and close loans for members.
Assist members with debit cards, online banking, mobile banking, eStatements, and digital banking services.
Educate members on credit union products and services that best fit their financial goals.
Cross-sell loans, checking accounts, credit cards, and other financial products while focusing on member needs.
Verify member identity and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally or refer complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain confidentiality of member information.
Stay current on credit union products, services, promotions, and procedures.
Participate in community events and branch promotions as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service, banking, or credit union experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math and computer proficiency.
