Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; finance-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in banking/credit union.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain financial concepts clearly (video).
• Bilingual communication preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in handling financial transactions and member records.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using email and Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer sessions as presented and complete tasks efficiently, achieving 85% sessions per hour.
• Provide exceptional member service with a high Member Experience score.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Balance at least 90% of the time, within $100 variance in a 12-month period.
• Maintain knowledge to answer routine to complex questions about products and policies.
• Complete all required training and comply with policies.
• Demonstrate TVFCU core values in every member interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
