Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or professional experience.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products, services, and policies.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and checks.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Educate members on self-service tools and online banking.
• Support fraud prevention, compliance, and branch operations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet member needs.
