• 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, or cashier's checks
• Provide education on self-serve options
• Verify endorsements and proper identification on deposits
• Process wire or ACH transfers of funds
• Issue debit, credit, and gift cards quickly
• Troubleshoot card and online banking questions
• Balance cash drawer and maintain currency logs
• Other duties as assigned
