Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or professional experience working directly with people; cash handling experience preferred.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Respond to questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Gather, input, and validate wire transfer information; issue debit and credit cards.
• Troubleshoot debit/credit card issues and online/mobile banking concerns.
• Assist in balancing cash drawer and vault-related functions.
• Provide referrals to internal partners when appropriate.
• Educate members on self-service tools and fraud prevention.
